Echoes

The exhibition explores the history of the city and its surrounding area through the lives of eight residents from Porvoo and Eastern Uusimaa, each from different time periods. Visitors will encounter both centuries-old famous figures and lesser-known inhabitants of the city. Through these intriguing personalities, key local and national turning points in history are revealed.

Alongside the Echoes exhibition, the museum will also introduce a permanent Encounter Space. This space will serve school groups, senior activities, as well as various workshops and events.
