Ask an expert
The staff of the museum is glad to answer questions from the public. We will serve you as quickly as possible by phone or in writing. Advice and identification of species is for the most part free of charge. More extensive research on the other hand is not free.

Collections Services
The museum’s collections, archive and library are available for researchers to use on-site. Research material is not loaned out, but it is possible to take copies of it for a fee. Material can’t be published without permission. Visits should be arranged ahead of time.
