PORVOO MUSEUM
Porvoo Museum is both a historical museum and an art museum. The two buildings
in which it is housed date from the 1760s and stand on the edge of the square
beside the Old Town Hall in the heart of the oldest part of Porvoo.
The Porvoo Museum has curatorial responsibility for the J.L. Runeberg home
and the Walter Runebergs sculpture collection and is also the East Uusimaa
Regional Museum.
Porvoo Museum is Porvoon museo in Finnish and Borgå museum in Swedish.
